Promotion Packages
Happenly offers sponsored event placements, event refreshes, and city sponsorships for South African event organizers. Package scope, placement duration, and price are shown on the advertise page or agreed directly in writing.
Review And Activation
Paid placements are human-reviewed before publication. Happenly may reject or remove event promotions that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, spammy, unrelated to events, or missing a valid HTTPS ticket or organizer link.
Payment And Matching
Sponsored placements are activated after payment or invoice confirmation. Organizers should keep the generated Happenly lead or payment reference so the placement can be matched quickly.
No Guaranteed Sales
Happenly promotion improves visibility and creates a clearer ticket path, but it does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, search ranking, or a specific number of views or clicks.
Changes And Refunds
If an event is cancelled, materially changed, or submitted with incorrect information, contact Happenly as soon as possible. Refunds, credits, or placement changes are handled case by case based on whether work has started, the placement has gone live, and the issue can reasonably be corrected.
