What Happenly Collects

Happenly helps people discover events and helps organizers request sponsored placements. We may process event details, location searches, organizer contact details, ticket links, selected promotion packages, payment references, and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters.

Analytics And Advertising

Happenly may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, including server-confirmed lead conversion events, and Google AdSense to support advertising inventory. These services may use cookies or similar browser technologies to measure traffic, prevent abuse, and serve or measure ads. Lead conversion analytics use aggregate signals such as package, source, and whether required fields were supplied, not raw contact details.

Organizer Leads

If you submit an event promotion request, we use the supplied details to respond, match payments or invoices, prepare sponsored listings, prevent duplicate submissions, and manage follow-up in the protected organizer leads dashboard.

Security And Retention

Happenly uses rate limits, admin authentication, security headers, and protected backend APIs to reduce abuse. We keep operational records only as long as needed for event discovery, lead follow-up, payment reconciliation, security, and support.

Your Choices
